How Can severe Nausea Along With Loss Of Appetite Be Treated?

Hi there, I am an 18 year old female and I ve been experiencing constant dull, achey and colicky sharp pains every few minutes. It s accompanied by constant nausea, low grade fever, no appetite, and the pain also travels to my hips and lower back, it hurts to put weight on my right leg as well. Do I need to go to an ER?

it can be related to problem in uterus or colitis hyper acidity or gastroenteritis. may be having food poisoning. avoid fast food hot tea and coffee. may be having liver function problem. clinically enlarged liver or icterus to be excluded. stool may be examined. deworming with albendazole can be done avoid hot tea and coffee. refrain taking alcohol and tobacco.
